Anyone know what the severance package is for UK employees?

A great departing gift, but do not wait too long as tech sector could be challenged with recession, too may hires available and companies could see a high amount of applicants for each role. I know recruiters at Google, Amazon and of course, F5. They source through hundreds of resumes for each role. Play it safe and start applying soon... Until then, enjoy the downtime with family. 5 months of basic?
Very kind, 5 months pay, fully vested RSU, ESPP, full PTO payment, medical, keep laptop/work equipment and resources to find new jobs. This is a good break for moms and dads to enjoy summer with kids while finding a new job.
