There is cultural bullying going on. If you raise awareness you are gaslighted, targeted and pegged to be a bad employee. HR does nothing. Managers are fearful of doing the right thing for they will be subject to the same treatment. Just wait to be laid off, don’t quit. Let them fire you and pay unemployment. I would advise anyone going thru this to document everything and be Leary of unrecorded teams calls where targets can be lied about and gaslighted. It’s a very toxic work culture.
Worst culture in 25 years of my career. Just horrible. Mean, bullying 😞
