With Allstate already being a complete and miserable disaster anymore in terms of processes, functions, leadership, and morale how is it at the vendors? What's better? What's worse? Is it a relief to be there? Do you wish you remained at Allstate? Looking for some feedback with all the rumors of other areas being lifted over to vendors. I tend to think that it is so bad here at Allstate that a move to the vendor may be a nice change of pace and a mind refresher. But looking for details from those moved over to one. Thanks!

It sucks. vendors don’t offer anywhere near the same benefits as what Allstate had. Vendors are even more focused on metrics and speed, than customer focus.
