@2vaf+1meW5THi You nailed it! If the company is doing great, the execs say, "We did a great job and here's our bonus." If the company does poorly, they say, "It would have been much worse if it wasn't for our great leadership. Here's our bonus." They have it rigged..no matter how the company does..BONUS. If all else fails..Golden Parachute.

Gird yourself for the possibility of another play at exceeding lowered expectations. “Hey, we blew it less than expected. A round of drinks for leadership and another 50 promotions to VP!”

The decline was irreversible once the Big Klown ACTed.

HR does not have the time to read your cr-p. Move on before you get a stroke.

@1avi - Hi Intel HR, thanks for your daily message disparaging all those who dare speak against "mighty" Intel. The impact of Intel to the economy is diminishing day by day as the once-powerful company slips further and further into complete and utter irrelevance.

Look at these mo--ns wishing ill on Intel and its workers. They don't realize that their meals as well as their loved ones will be affected as well. Intel has wide impact to economy.

Thanks to BK, MR etc who orchestrated ACT 2016 that started the decline. It only needed just a couple of bad executives at the top that led to the downfall, look at how Motorola missed the digital phones transition in the 1990s and Nokia missed the smartphones revolution in the 2010s. And it was ALWAYS the engineers who paid for the price and losing their jobs........

Intel is not the world's largest chipmaker by any measure.
Both TSMC and Samsung are way larger for several years already.
And it seems Intel is gonna keep getting smaller.
Sad ...
