Wrong, not all White Circles were terminated, I verified!
It looks like by 4pm many of those met with today have auto-replies in Outlook saying they are no longer with CDW and offering a new contact. By 5 tomorrow you could take a received mass team email (or open a new email and use a distro list), click reply all and maybe see how many auto replies pop up above the address bar.
One person that got cut in our department was still online and had his out of office saying he's no longer with cdw. To higher-ups do not have white circles they are yellow and it's confirmed they're gone so I don't think this is totally correct about everybody.
I can confirm, white circle status unknown. Easily separable from those out of the office etc.
To be fair. People were showing as OOO immediately following their termination meetings and it was until a few hours later the status turned white. So some folks were showing offline or OOO immediately following termination.
I don't know what is wrong with people in this comments section but let me break it down:
Offline = grey circle with a grey x in the center
Out of Office/On leave/Sick = magenta circle with a a left pointing arrow in the center. The color changes to green if the person is marked as out of office but still online.
No longer with the company = white circle
I can confirm that the one person we lost in our department is currently a white circle.
The OP is correct. Anyone who has a white circle as of this morning is no longer with CDW.
What an absolutely stupid assumption. Plenty of people are on maternity leave, PTO or simply offline.
that can just mean you went offline for a little bit. See "appear offline"
