Is it normal to get a pay raise once you hit the anniversary or do we wait till annual review?
Seriously considering to leave as I got hired in July 2022 (during hiring freeze ofc) and was not given a raise this past annual review. For next chance of getting raise, need to wait till March 2024?
Is that normal? What % raise is reasonable as you are still doing some kind of learning since you are just on your first year as entry level software engineer ?
