We are hearing that a number of Allstate India roles are moving to vendors as well later this year. With the lowering of the number of employees on the payroll and the large amount of money Allstate makes from the vendor contracts the moving of even India roles to a vendor is a cost savings. In addition India was introduced to the initial phases of Transformative Growth earlier this year. The "Cost reductions and efficiency gains still needed in our onshore and India operations" that was communicated in the last quarterly earnings presentation is also evidence of this. But it is now being openly spoken about.

I understand that India is gaining USA Subrogation jobs.
I wish they outsource all of the jobs in India to the US. Undo all of this transformative growth bullsh-t.
They are outsourcing the outsourcing now??? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
We better hope all these “global partners” are on the side of USA. We are taking a huge risk by offshoring our customers information. Lawsuits in the making IF it doesn’t work out in the long run. Chicago C suite can’t think of everything, but AI can. Employees and Agents do not trust Allstate.
Don't hire any Chicago law firm to take this on. You have no case and any law firm that would take it likely does not have enough business because they take loser cases. That an employer chooses to use a vendor is not evidence of a hostile workplace.
What law firm in Chicago can take this on?? We need to be compensated for the hostile workplace this has become.
Preparing for sale or merger….
At the end, “Allstate” is going to be a name that is licensed to other corporations where there is no actual corporation behind the name like RCA, Kenmore, etc….
This is all about positioning and allowing the sc-m at the top to make as much money as possible…
Lol! Even India is too many payroll dollars! Errbody gone get TRANSFORMED until there is nothing but AI chat and people getting paid $1 a month in Cambodia or Somalia!
