Seagate owns the plane and uses it exclusively for STX purposes. The plane is registered to TVPX as a loophole, because STX's corporate structure would make it illegal to register the plane in the US without a middleman.

Seagate's plane is wholly owned and operated for our 2 Senior Executives only. CEO and CFO. It is NOT rented out to any other use.

Who cares about the plane. It's not even solely used by Seagate. How about we focus on the fact that the company is going to sh-t.

Just go to flight aware and search for tail numbers n42st. It has moved since 4/3. To get old history you need to register. It is free
