i notice 3 giant pot holes driving thru macys parking lot... seems they do not care how bad the parking spot is looking/getting.. it almost seems they do not care about the physical store anymore

@1gxr. It depends on the mall.
Nope- Macys and mall anchors only own (if not leased) the buildings and maintain sidewalks to the curbs.
@brk. Some stores own the parking lot as well.
The parking lots are a mall issue.
Better call Saul. The CEO is on the way out and doesn’t care unless he is visiting your store Then it’s all hands on deck
Our parking lot is fine it is owned by the company who manages the mall. Im sure yours is too . My problem is the store its self . Its dirty and disgusting. I for the life of me do not understand how we have let our standards go down the drain. Our bathrooms are horrible the people who clean them do not understand English and therefore do not listen or comprehend what is being said to them. They don't vacuum or clean the carpet at all its appalling.
