All people in India currently working for Allstate have been offered health insurance, full benefits and a 2 year contract with Concentrix who is starting to make changes as they transition to handling all Allstate staffing decisions. The Pune folks are guaranteed 2 years of pay regardless of whether or not Concentrix decides to move India work to some other vendor. I’ve been told almost everyone in Pune is beginning to sign these contracts effective immediately. The moves have begin to remove Allstate employees operating in the USA.
Your phone not ringing like it used to and you’ve getting random calls from odd states you don’t handle. The work is shifting overseas folks. Part of da plan they ain’t be tellin yous bout
