Approaching May what's the news on Pay??

This company is a joke, we are past the end of the year, they are expecting people to work hard and deliver but there's no talk about pay raises in any meeting.

Your not going to get any positivity or growth working this way, keeping folks in the dark.

Employees need to be told what they are going to get, with everyone around them and all industries getting raiseseveryone knows DXC can pay them but withholding them.

Inflation has had a big impact on folks, you need to sort this out.

No DXC grunt will ever get pay rise (2022) at this dive of a company - expect same this year coupled with BS false pledges from Mikey's toffee nose boot lickers.

Simply work minimal hours. spruce up your resume and get ready to leave this dive of company when you can - not worth risking relationships, health just to give more millions of $ into Mikey's number 2 renumeration packet along with the board.

Only thing the Grunts can expect is more bullying from their managers in working unethical hours and practices and then if you lucky you land a WFR to get out of this Shitzen hole.

I agree with the comment about the power of Myth. I left DXC over a year ago and and my current employer just had their all hands call and raises and bonuses are still a go even with the current economic conditions. I think it’s pretty bad that the execs are driving the company into the ground but still seem to manage bonuses and raises for themselves. I agree, never going to happen at DXC so your best bet is to accept the way things are because the window of opportunity post COVID is gone. Wait until the economy improves and leave.

Ah, the power of MYTH. After all these centuries of human existence, it is still amazing to watch. Those who believe in the unbelievable, hope for the hopeless, and dream of getting a RAISE AT DXC. All these lessons we've supposedly learned over the millennia...all for naught.....and when it NEVER HAPPENS, bi--h and moan about it....for heavens sake, JUST LEAVE THIS CHITHOLE PLACE AND FIND A REAL JOB WITH A REAL COMPANY!
