Was let go yesterday, consulting an attorney today. Avoid this company like the plague, the senior management is only interested in their bonuses and the company as a whole could not give a rats behind about the employees. Perhaps worst company I have ever worked for. Good riddance!

Just talked to an old colleague. MF side. He's been with HP/HPE/MF for 30+years. Cut system access within 30 minutes. He couldn't even send a goodbye message. OT always trying to portrait this goody-two shows Canadian outfit. They're a bunch of a-holes. HP/HPE/MF handled that stuff with a lot more dignity.
Rumors are layoffs continue thru Friday.
Would be interesting to look at layoff employee's disability leave/sick leave. I know at least one person took disability not that long ago, and they got terminated today.
Heard my friend got laid off today. He got a call this morning and was told to leave. Very sad. He Was told company restructuring bullsh-t.
Good luck going forward. I was part of the $300 million in program and employee cuts at Micro Focus the end of October 2022, to ensure finalizing the OpenText acquisition at the end of January 2023. All but a few of us were older (50+). It's been he-l to find new jobs within our layoff group of creative and engineering folks. Luckily, one in our group just found new employment.
