Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

I hate Sunday Nights. And I hate this cesspool of a company

Sunday scaries in full effect. Another sleepless night and throwing up. Lay me off now and end this misery I pray to Yeshua.

I always hated Sunday’s when I worked at Allstate. I can remember my worthless b-m of a “leader” saying “There aren’t many six figure jobs out there,” and using other comments like that to scare people into staying. Her approach didn’t work with me. I left. Found a better paying job with a company that actually encourages a work/life balance. All that to say, if you’re not happy then get out. There are much better options out there.

Allstate treats its employees like dirt, and then expects unearned gratitude. I would get out now. Unless you think you could get severance. Then hold out and make them pay it.

There are still tons of insurance
Jobs. Get out now. You aren’t stuck there. I’ve been with several carriers and the way Allstate treated me was just embarrassing. It’s been very different with all of my other jobs from a workload, respect, and appreciation standpoint. This place can say “the grass isn’t greener” but many have proven that to be a fallacy.

Haven't you learned that praying in regards to this company is futile? The Lord left this place fully to the Beast years ago. Christ wants no part of this place.
