Has anyone gotten a significant pay raise when being promoted from Sr. To Lead? Anything in the 40-50% range? Also which LOB as I’ve heard bank is better pay.

I got around 8% for my Sr -> Lead move, less than inflation that year lol.
They lie to us 3-5% is bull for a 10000 different reasons. 50% is also wild. There are a lot of factors.
Go in, know your worth and aggressively negotiate.
LOL. when going from snr to ld in your current position, expect a 3-5% raise. They consider the extra bonus as part of pay package. Go ask people to confirm.
