Branches are getting creamed. US Bank kept customer experience managers and what use are they? No one is helping the branches and bankers are so busy they have no time to take there legal breaks or lunch for that matter. Where is the people? This is awful

Welcome to US Bank where retail employees are treated with the most disrespect than the entire footprint. It's a dead end job with zero advancement opportunities
