Everything he hits he destroys. This layoff and RTO will be no different and all the battered remaining employees will be blamed. Lack of vision and lack of planning on the part of leadership. They don't know what they don't know and they makes them dangerous to all that fall under them.

Stankey and company accomplished the goal of personal wealth and generational wealth for their demon seed. To attribute the decline to poor leadership is laughable and simple minded. Stankey could care less what his reputation represents to rank and file and the public. Mission accomplished, pockets lined.

As i said to my manager when he asked what my long term plans were... IF (and thats a BIG IF) I were inclined to uproot my life and move to a Hub location, what are the guarantees that I wont be laid off shortly after I get there? THERE ARE NONE.. And if I were to not be surplussed, do I really want to be working in a job where I am doing the work of 5 people because they chose not to move? NOT LIKELY.. What is if going to be like working for a company that has just gutted its workforce?
