Seagate leadership has been making one bad decision after another, all in a desperate attempt to save the company that's slowly but surely dying. The reason behind Seagate's demise is its stubborn belief in the sunk cost fallacy, clinging onto its outdated and inefficient ways of doing things that keep on deteriorating. It's a shame really, because instead of addressing the problems, it's the employees who end up paying the price and suffering.

We need AI. AI will save Seagate.
The DEI and ESG initiatives being pushed from the top will surely save the corporation. Praise Science! Amen.
Excessive management is the root cause. And it’s not been corrected by the last action. The more people controlling things from top down the less innovation there is.
