I had a pleasure meeting him few times. He was really nice and normal person respecting people around him unlike our current ELT hence he might not be the best fit.

Phil Cotter was head of Product in D&A. Didn't have a huge impact on my group, as far as I can tell. Only thing I really know, is that his name was dropped a lot in the office, and unlike some others at his level, he wasn't actually toxic.
Did he even exist? What did he do?
