It's amazing that after so many years Mikey still says to the analysts his lazer focussed on cuts and is very confident that his team can deliver on hundreds of milillions of $$$$$$$ cuts.
Yet he or any of the managers are never confident in delivering any growth so don't even have the confidence to announce a annual merit increase.
Such a backward looking company and management team.

All you hear is "if the company does well you may get...."
There is no confidence to say we know we have the right management to take the company forward, we need you as part of the plan, and therefore as part of our growth strategy we are giving you $$$$$, that's how confident we are in our ability to grow the business.
The entire management are imperial looters and slave masters. They roughly own 100k slaves and literally ride on your hard work in each country. Some slaves escape - some not that lucky.
It's amazing really.
Every other business in the technology and consulting sectors has grown in the last five years. Every. Single. One.
Yet this incompetent buffoon has managed to shrink DXC to a fraction of its former size, whilst making himself the highest paid CEO in the sector. He's clearly planning to cut the company to nothing, then retire and live on the money he's taken out of DXC.
I never thought I'd see anyone who'd make Mike Laurie look good, but Mike Salvino certainly manages it.

It's the same throughout all the layers of management, they sing the same tune, how can we make cuts.
They make an announcement in a town hall that the corner has been turned and its growth, then the following week they tell you that the layers above have instructed to make more cuts in employee and other costs. So back to square one.
They don't know what they are doing or what the strategy is, total confusion.
