It's been a month since rumors of August layoffs surfaced and we haven't heard anything new since then. I know it's still early, but it would be nice to at least learn if it's still a possibility or if the rumor was buried as unreliable. I know I think about layoffs too much, but I can't afford to lose my job, so it comes with the territory.

Harbinger - can you clarify what you mean by Customer support? Is this targeting the Customer success team, or field-supporting roles like strategy and operations?
As of today, June 27, confirming that additional layoffs are planned in the time frame of Q2 quarterly results announcement. An additional 5-7% of existing employee base, equating to around 125-150 more jobs going.
As marketing, G&A and sales were heavily targeted last go-around, these cuts will be more focused on some low sales performers, as well as legacy product engineering, customer support and those types of folks. Cloud-related product teams won’t be affected save for a few very low performers.
I would echo the other posters in advising you to be proactive in seeking a better job with a more ethical company with a better future.
Alteryx has proven that they don’t / won’t take care of their employees — good solid strong employees that they hired over the past 6-24 months.
You should take control of your career and not wait around for your fate at Alteryx to be determined by some nameless executive there.

I haven’t heard anything about layoffs, but we still have several weeks to go in the quarter.
I would apply elsewhere for sure. Do not wait around to go a brutal and stressful process. Also there will definitely be another unfair and unethical selection process.
