I know two people who scored great remote jobs in the last three months and two more within the last six months. What they did was do their homework. Most of them researched like crazy, networked whenever they had the chance, and customized their resumes to fit those specific jobs. They also researched the companies and their business to prepare better for interviews. They went the extra mile and they got results. What did you do lately?

The cultural changes that are required to turn Intel around is simply not possible in current american culture or Indian culture.
Cool story bro
Most of the people fired in 2016 were the knowledgeable employees that had gumption and determination and willingness to make improvements. What happened is that the "managers" that were in power then did not want to change anything or take risks (remember that Intel value) that might result in some project failures... Managers have excellent salaries and any failed project may put a manager at risk... Therefore, the change agents have been forced out and what is left are employees that simply do not have what it takes to achieve greatness or regain a technology lead. GLTA.
I transcribed my manager 1:1's and had AI review the conversations and determine sh-t from sh----a.
Way ahead of you.
I left years ago and am here for the entertainment.
I began polishing up my resume as soon as I heard our leadership talking about 2-3 years of austerity measures before our triumphant return to triple digit stock prices......
Nice fairy tale, OP.
OP, starting to do the same here. Takes effort after being complacent for too many years with INTC…
I got my free soda and apple, watched a bit of The View on my break.
