How long will it take before we know any details on the coming layoffs? I would prefer for it to happen as soon as possible instead of having it dragged out over several weeks. I'd like to minimize the amount of stress I'm about to go through, thank you very much.

too many unproductive managerial level people who keeps making unnecessary changes just to justify their work. changing support systems every couple of years. changing from livelink to ALIM, SAP H4, workday just to name a few..MOC system is a mess, all due to these inefficient managers just bring in initiatives to justify their job..
Supply chain hierarchy needs a close look .. lots of make the work projects and initiatives in place just to justify work … many nice to have audits, vendor inspections and long reports sounds adding value on paper but not .. other high performing companies never do that. Who in the leadership has the vision to recognize and get rid of all these bogus make work projects?
Starting in June through July and be hopefully done in November.
To be honest we need some shake up. Too many useless people that were hired based on paper.
Haven't heard anything internally supporting comment below of 500 by end of month.
First round next Tuesday. 500 by end of the month.
IT, Finance, HR and Supply Chain. Way too many people
Another geriatric Executive coming out of retirement to "fix" a company by pulling out the trusty layoffs.
Suncor rolled out S4 Hannah when it shouldn't have been, making everyone's lives he-l for a year and it's still going on.
Thanks for lowering already low morale.
Let’s face it: we have too many managers levels. More than needed
Take it easy. This is done to satisfy demand of Elliott Financial because of stock performance. Most likely here will be attrition. There are quite a few people that will be forced to retire.
