belk outlets are not "new" stores, or "grand openings" , they are downgraded stores that were not meeting any sales goals. employees have been laid-off from outlet stores, hours drastically cut, managers are doing the jobs of three people, it's not at all what it looks like. so belk, please do not make this look like it is a positive thing, it's is not.
