Suncor is front heavy with lazy and unproductive managers, directors, and VPs. but sadly those guys will be staying when the actual working group will get thinner

Finance and IT will get most of the hit
Well sun is not as efficient as Xom. Time to send jobs offshore to the business support centres in India and KL
So why they came up with 1500 people? Does it mean that all these positions are redundant? Or is it people that could care less and go to the gym and pretend they are working? Is that what CEO thinks?
