Whats the severance that Anthem Elevance health pays out as layoffs? Any idea? The work environment is getting truly toxic 😒
Even a union had no effect on the sociopathy. Profits don’t matter. Cutting jobs seems like it’s an obligation. It’s a metric that if you don’t meet then you have failed, even with billions in profits.

That is how it is in this dreadful company. There is always an axe hovering over your head which can strike anytime. How can you concentrate with work with conditions like that. Such the life in Elevance world.
Some very good workers riffed in CBSD. Only know about folks in and around my area but the total was around a dozen people given notice yesterday. Hopefully other companies will recognize their talents, grab them up, and treat them better. If you don't want to be under constant threat of job loss, you don't want to work for this company.
