Intel desperate for cash...selling crown jewels

Thought AMD was playing crooked and giving away x86 IP to the Chinese. Never thought Intel will do the same thing. What is Intel getting in return?

Looks like everyone can say goodbye to their jobs soon..

It is a re-badged Intel CPU, numerous sources have reported that. E.g.,

Re-Lidded Comet Lake processor.
It's not like folks have re-etched memory for resale or re-painted used video card memory to hide they were used for mining.

China steals everything and try's to pawn it off as their own. And this is ok as they are designed to be the ruling class of the world.

So what's it going to be? Is Intel helping the Chinese with technology or helping America become independent from Chinese technology? Those handing out money at "CHIPS for America" should be highly skeptical of Intel's motives and commitment to the effort.

So we've sold a bunch of old chips gathering dust in some warehouse to some Chinese company, which decided to pretend they've made them on their own. I don't see any issue for Intel here, more of a shroud business move.

Subsidies have the end goal to be competitive and promote inventions or risktaking or innovation or investment usually for companies starting not to prop up 1ncapable or zombie id1ot companies who m1ssed tra1n after tra1n staffed by id1ots
The usual id1ots missed the context and it has to be painfully explained in direct language

They got subsidies while id--ts here say that we should not subsidize Intel. Can't compete on uneven field. We subsidize corporations here all the time so why not Intel? You can't stop Intel from selling high end chips to China while not subsidizing it to expand into foundry in US.
