DM called an all hands teams meeting today to discuss “social media conduct”. Meeting was led by DM and somebody from BS was listening in as well. DM started by saying that she would not be taking questions and that the call was solely to set expectations for employee conduct both on and off the job relating to social media. She mentioned the comments about a certain VPs “cabbage patch face”, comments about the se-ual activity of another female VP and the bootlicking comments. Person from BS says they are looking into the posts and if they find out who did it, that person will be terminated. Other DMS across the region supposedly had the same talk with their people. PPPPFFFFTTTTT…….

Read the email again, it says 2.5 weeks for each year of employment
@Stwj+1mV6YTKf It actually says 2.5 weeks of pay.
@Seve+1mV6YTKf Everyone gets a minimum of 15 weeks of pay. It's actually incredibly generous.
The worst part of it, when CC lays off an employee with no notice, they offer equivalent of 8 weeks of said employees base salary as a part of their severance. But sending a blanketed email to the entire company 2 weeks prior. They are removing themselves from that obligation. So, essentially, yesterday's email saved the company upwards of 10 million. So those unfortunate to lose their jobs, are in turn actually losing twice if CC doesn't pay them the extra.
@ozhn, your post reads like the ramblings of a mad man. Get back on your meds and wash it down with wh----y so you can start posting sensible things.
Most of are coworkers are dummies but then they take direction from people like KR CL and JP. Its the Stupid leading stupid leading to more stupid. All the talent has left Crown. I only have a year or to left before I retire. I do zip to support management as they do zip for me. I intentionally delay projectsand assignments and slow role network outage repairs. The sooner the board realizes there mistakes with CL, KR and weak VPs like ours (JP) the better for the rest of you. I’m done in year so dont care.
@mltf+1mV6YTKf are you really accusing someone of being a plant 23 days after they said something the day it happened. How could they know posts were going to be reduced... It's not just leadership that's failing, our coworkers are stupid too.
@dfl+1mV6YTKf, it’s obvious from the reduced number of posts lately that some discussion did happen. You either don’t work for Crown or you’re part of the EMT who is trying to bait people into saying something so you can jam them up.
Stonk at 109. CL, KR, JP, KB must be super proud of their efforts. This crew is ki-ling it for us. Go team purple!
What the poster below said. Shame on the EMT and the weak VP team.
Crown Castle Inc (CCI) stock is down -2.6% while the S&P 500 is up 0.14% as of 12:42 PM on Thursday, Jun 22. CCI is down -$2.92 from the previous closing price of $112.14 on volume of 3,006,310 shares. Over the past year the S&P 500 is up 16.27% while CCI is down -35.02%.
They have no real reputations to protect anymore and deleting comments on this platform shows just how weakness and cowardness has taken over. Wokeness and Diversity have over ruled true experience and real leadership. Disgraceful to the company and the industry.
The OP said they are watching. He didn’t say they were listening and taking the information to improve. Case in point, another post about the VPs in question was deleted from this thread. And it wasn’t even a vulgar post. The EMT is just protecting their reputations. They aren’t here to improve.
It is good they are watching. They don't take our concerns seriously at the office so they get to hear it here. Poor leadership is the downfall of this once great company.
The EMT should watch themselves and start deleting individuals like they do the comments they don't like.
Yeah. JP is an example in the central. No clue what hes doing. Just bullys us. None of us respect him or go above and beyond for that guy.
Leadership cant handle the truth so most of us just put our heads down and collect the check. HR should review the and purge the leadership team as soon as possible.
Hmmm, that District sounds like the one that just recently hosted the "Big Game"...lots of shenanigans going on in that area.
Most of the people posting here are former Crown rejects who had to take jobs at Comcast for half the pay so that the bank won’t for close on their single wide trailers.
Looks like the EMT was successful. All the whiners, complainers and keyboard warriors have been silenced.
The inner circle are wrapping arms around our weak and useless leaders. It is a shame they can’t focus on whatis really wrong. Our outspoken teammates are not the problem. I used be proud at one time to say I worked here but can’t say that not now. I just shut up and move forward and take the paycheck. This is not a fun place to work and not a job for growth ideas or collaboration.I have no interest in the success of company any more. I have stopped caring and no longer go the extra step. I hope our leaders read this because an awful lot of us feel this way any more.
We had a similar discussion about social media but specifics things weren’t discussed and it wasn’t a special meeting. It was just an add on subject to our normal weekly teams meeting. It was abnormal that somebody from business support was on the call but she didn’t say anything and when somebody in our team asked who she was, boss just said she was there to observe and evaluate how we conduct meetings. That was strange but whatever. Without identifying myself, I work in a region home to a VP that is a frequent subject of discussion in this site.
No meetings in my area. This isn't passing the smell test.
@xge is right, keep it professional. As long as the posts are lawful, professional and in accordance with the website’s ToS, EOT can’t do much. Employees’ right to discuss wages and working conditions is protected by law, but you can’t say the same for libel.
No meeting in my area.
Weve issues with leadership and rapid but some of the personal comments have crossed a line. Ya’ll should try to keep professional and dont be identifying individuals.
