I left the company after the round of layoffs was announced back in November. I am starting to wonder if this was the right choice

I rest my mouse on top of a small analogue alarm clock, every minute it registers a nudge and keeps me green whilst I go out for a run, walk the dog or go shopping etc. If someone messages me on teams it comes up on my phone and just in case I have the location turned off......been like this for 2 years and I have never been happier and my m0ron manager still has no idea I reduced my working hours by 70%.
Not buying it. Someone really so braindead as to ask, in an anonymous forum, if someone else can accurately judge their decision... is this bizarre world? No one can answer your question but you. Hon laid too much serfdom on you, snap out of it! You can think for yourself!!! You got this!!
Come back and laugh at the rest of us who wfh and don't do squat. Helping my wife with her realty biz most days. Just keep poking the mouse to stay active.
If you have better benefits, and are not a prisoner of your job. You get to work eight hours a day. Maybe, couple hours overtime and being treated better. Then you definitely made the right choice.
Why would you have any doubts. Do you really want to go back up where you were. It was a reason why you quit. Close your plant down anyway.
If you can't find work by now, then the problem is you. If you found a job, you know your answer.
But the vapid vagueness of your comment makes me think you are just a paid sock puppet poster who watched the movie Inception.
Why wonder about this now?
It's a done thing, so look forward and move on.
Life is short, don't waste it on shitholes like honeyhell.
Best wishes Kapooper!
Pond rules. Only jump if the next lily is open.
If you landed and stayed dry good job! You are a little bit closer to shore.
Keep jumping!
Not an HR troll. I just keep visiting this site for news to make sure that I did not make the wrong choice by picking up and leaving.
Just genuinely curious about the current state of the company
Got to be a HR troll, in all my years I have never seen it as bad as it is now. Personally I think they are about to majorly reshape the business and make it a lot smaller, with the new CEO officially starting today that signals the beginning i think. Been a lot of strange stuff going on of late, even stranger than normal!
Sounds like an HR spammer.
??? If you are employed you made the right choice. 223 layoffs in Ohio. This is a shrinking company.
