Either the leadership does not realize the extent to which the employees here are dissatisfied, or they do but do not care.
Do you think they are even interested in our complaints? Unfortunately, I think not.

You’re a better man than me! I don’t put up with the garbage! For what? They are horrible employers and they know it! Wonder why the stock is under 2 dollars? Come on…
I work for a paycheck. If those in my work environment are wacked I don't care. Not here to make friends either. The company has always seemed to do strange things all along. If you have a life you can put up with their poor treatment of people and almost laugh about it.
Myself I am brutally honest and my supervisor doesn’t like it. He will say “I don’t understand why someone would say that!” He is the biggest roadblock I deal with
there are too many stupid surveys that's for dang sure. But there are too many people giving false rosy answers because they are scared that they are not anonymous instead of truthfully answering the questions with justified low ratings. trust me if they weren't anonymous, I would have been gone a long time ago!
The surveys aren't about the company. It's about you and your workgroup and if you're drinking the koolaid. The only meaningful feedback is to refuse to participate in the kabuki theater.
my question is this....how does everybody here, past and present employees, answer the ESS surveys? Are you brutally honest and tell it like it is and give low ratings, or do you just give average or better scores becuase you believe it won't help and that they aren't anonymous?
I can't tell you the number of people who will say how bad things are and how they hate it, but give neutral or better answers to the stupid surveys.
You are so correct. They don't give a rats uknowhat. The way things are set up there is no way we can "effectively:" do anything. Management here is living in fantasyland thinking they can dump all the cr-p on us and have it all done perfectly,WRONG. If you are legacy CTL you might as well kiss you @ss goodbye, they really hate legacy CTL folks.
