Together we thrive. Do we still have that as one of our core IntelyCare values?
Are they profitable? If not should remaining people leave before they get dropped too?
How did they decide who left and who got to stay? Are the people who git to stay all each better than at making Intelycare profitable than those who were made to leave?
Are remaining intelycare people looking for new jobs then? Or waiting it out- whatever that means.
From an employee that maybe still there, it does not seem like there will be more layoffs.
The product will stay the same but morale is definitely low.
How many are left at intelycare? Are they changing their product?
Do we know if there'll be even more cuts?
It was ridulous to lay off people who were performing well. I joined 9 months ago
was about 50% of work force
