Hertz corporate had a mass layoff of 150 employees on May 23, 2023. Email appointments were sent in advance to the affected employees to schedule their reduction in force meeting with an HR representative and Sr. Leader.
Now remaining staff are being asked to document their job duties and present to their leader. Management refuses to deny that a second and third phase of employees will have their employment terminated.
Management is currently chaotic, and those remaining employed are looking for an immediate exit from the pandemonium and poorly managed organization.
