RNB is a ghost town. Lead by example.

Our boss tried, then the top talent left, and I bet you can guess what happened next.

I am in Information Security in Arizona and love our RTO model, we come in a couple days per week right now soon we will most likely add a day to that. I find it more productive, collaboration with my peer Engineers allows me to be more productive, get more work completed within the day. There are some that don't come in, leadership reporting to the director don’t seem to want to come, so they don't, which is sad as they are supposed to be the role models. For me I love the RTO, it was about time.

That ship sailed years ago. Just dump the realestate before it’s worthless and move on!

Nothing changed
The 4 levels of managers above me are all fully remote so I don't see then realistically enforcing it. But they've clearly been encouraged to say the words

Since restrooms are no longer being cleaned in OR...most have decided to stay home due to lack of cleanliness in office.

I quit my day job thanks to NVDA, RTO is no longer a concern.

My group hasn't been required to return yet. I can't imagine it's going well.
