In all probability your job will go to someone off shore. That someone will not have the experience or the loyalty you brought to the job. They will be paid much less than you and in most cases won’t care one iota about the quality of their work. Xerox for their part is just happy to drop a headcount and also could care less about the loss in quality,productivity and experience ..
If you bought into their just own it mentality you were played like a su---r ..
Just saying as this scenario has been played out many times over..
