I dont think theres anything that can save Teradata. They've laid off the people that could have made changes. Multiple times! ELT is poor + only concerned about cashing out stock. On top of all that the Board must be asleep at the wheel because if they were paying attention everything listed above wouldnt be happening.

Teradata is behind the curve and has been for years. No FEDRamp certification, lost it's biggest government customer (CMS) for this reason. The best talent has left the company, seeing that there is no real growth there.
A few knew what would happened and played it well. The had next gig lined up and spoke up. Sure enough, they were laid off and took a good paid vacation before resuming work at a better place. The laugh and loss is on pathetic insecure vengeful ELT.
Never ever make the mistake of thinking you have earned credibility over years of performance at TD. Never. Speak out against poor behaviours in the hierarchy and be sent marching
The Board if rewarding themselves at the same trough as the management group (notice I didn't say any words like "leadership" or "team" because they are NOT) ... why would they do anything to change the gravy train? So much for shareholder value.
