Do the yearly background checks check for secondary employment?

Debating getting a second job remote, hours may overlap some. I’ll be sure no conflict of interest, but curious if the background check they run every year checks for other employment?

No but the yearly conflict of interest attestation must be signed and other jobs disclosed and approved. I was denied because it could take away work from UHC.

Curious if you are able to do this. Some days I would absolutely have time to do it, others, there's no chance. It would be risky and stressful.

No, I requested a copy of mine from HireRight. It includes criminal records, SSN validation, SSN trace/credit.
