You'll be workin' for the Rat Face....you know you're wasting your time.....You're workin' for the Rat Face...you're no friend of mine...

Why should the company care about you when you don't take care about yourselfe?
It is running mate.. innit?
Just that we are all running on a treadmill... burning a lot of calories (the equivalent would be working years), losing a lot of weight (the equivalent would be money) but most importantly, NOT GETTING ANYWHERE.
Till you change, you won't realise how much of godawful precious time you are losing, and how much you are setting yourself back in your career in terms of opportunities, roles and paycheques.
When you do eventually get out there (if you do, that is), you woll be astonished to find that what we regard in DXC as "advanced" or "cutting edge" is actually yesterday's news in most places. They have moved on
Unless you are just a few years away from retirement, or a fresh college graduate, you have no reason to stay back in this company... everybody else should leave.
It continues to run because people stay.
It's not a prison, but some folks won't leave. So if folks won't leave, they continue to run. Mr & Mrs Salvino continue to take their big pay awards. The company continues to decline.
If you work at DXC, the only way to improve your situation is to leave and go somewhere better (most places are better). What are you waiting for?
Because you stupid people stay and bi--h. Leave already !
Raises, bonuses, and stocks options are paid every year to Mike j Salivino and Mary Finch and the gang.
Your pay is thier pay, that's how it's run.
It doesn't run. Have you seen the Financials and stock price the last 5 years. Pi---d off employees lead to pi---d off customers leaving and sales continue to fall off a cliff. Work for what the company actually pays you for each week, and enjoy the rest of the week sitting by the pool. It is clear that DXC doesn't care abouts it's employees and we shouldn't care about them.
Because they concentrate on the job and serve the customers and help grow the company. The only way things will get better is if we all work together and move the agenda.
How? People stick around year after year doing nothing but complain on the layoff.
