Google told me there is a BOSTON law firm is looking for clients who possessed Seagate stocks to investigate if seagate has violated any security regulations. That's about 6 months ago.
Not sure normally how this kind of situation will evolve in the US. I am not US-based.
seems some law firms are investigating, i.e. seeking clients for possible class action
