Stop griping. You workers are being paid well. You can't compare yourself to board or executive because you do not have that level of talent. Be satisfied you are paid well for your talent level.

Why should the board care about specific employees? Until the hard decision to implement RTO and hub relo were made as a last ditch effort to save T, 99% of T employees had no idea who specific board members were. The board serves the greater corporate good.

I didn’t vote for any of these people. In fact, I posted to put up or shut up on this forum but it was taken down.

If they all are as good as they say they are then the present business conditions are on purpose.

Decisions being made aren’t personal. Just business and necessary for T’s survival.

Right, and "leadership" expects everyone to fall on the sword for Randell's and Stankey's absolutely ill decisions?

People can work from home & T won’t make any more money while accruing more debt. They aren’t announcing any buildings closing and are being really sneaky. Collaboration? We are a telecom company, pick up your wireless device and call. It’s almost an insult to advanced technology we are supposedly selling. Whoever posted that is really brainwashed.

It's just business, scouts honor. Nothing personal, I swear. Only the tip, please believe me. You won't catch it if you take this, honest! You won't spread it if you took it, I wouldn't lie to you. We are going to turn this around, for certain!

Why should they care? They don't know you personally. Tell me about the people you dont know that you sacrifice yourself for in some way.

I don't really care how much money they make, but they've not exactly been helping AT&T survive the last several years, rather helping run ourselves into the ground.

For the LOVE of money is the root of all kinds of evil.
These people worship money and do whatever it takes to consume more without regard of other people. They cannot serve God or money... they have to choose one or the other.

In the end, they will pay for what they are doing. Nobody gets away with evil.
They will give an account to Jesus for every single thing they did.

I was looking them up at one point out of curiosity, and I quickly realized that many of the same people sit on boards of other companies, where some of them are CEOs, so John is a CEO of AT&T, but is also on boards of companies where our directors are CEOs. In other words, it's an exclusive club that surely takes care of their own. It should be of no surprise to anyone, there is never any accountability.
