Thread regarding Alteryx layoffs

Heartless leadership team in EMEA

To anyone ever looking to work at Alteryx... my advice is don't.

With the recent layoffs, the leaders have been so cold towards those affected. The selection criteria has been appalling and all this had been fixed for months.

Does anyone know any Employment lawyer in the UK? I'm tempted to put together a legal case against them.

If I didn't have any morals I would name and shame them all.

You guys should have been around at AYX back in the days when the stock was 140+ and it was considered a hot company. Like only 3 years ago.

How the once mighty have fallen.

Agree. It’s best to move on to a company that is better.

With this layoff, Alteryx has shows itself as a company that has masterfully talked the talk, but when it came time to walk the walk and treat departing employees with dignity and respect … and do the right thing … they have absolutely failed miserably.

Very disingenuous.

And more layoffs to come in the next 2-3 months.

Sadly this is what the tech industry has become. Ever ask yourself, why is the stock price such a big deal? It's not for most of us. If the company is innovating, making customers happy and taking care of their employees life can be good. Stock price is top concern for the handful of top executives who are given massive grants of stock every year. Because of that this is why they act as such. No regard for their workers, no real understanding of their products and customers get squeezed for every last dollar. I would just move on.
