I can confirm. Have a friend who is luckily still working there and now supports one of the back-end processes for a tool that is used to track them.
USAA broke a key figure for total assets and now are mad that they have to follow federal regulations. They are using people to pass consent orders and backlogs then throwing them away like yesterdays trash. Hopefully workers in the future remember how these id--ts treated people. Its amateur hour over at USAA
