A lot of generational loyalty still exists. If you pay your bills on time, don’t have issues properly maintaining your bank accounts, and seldom make claims that generational loyalty translates into a very strong continuing brand loyalty which has become less and less of thing over the past 30 years.
For those of us who are longstanding members, I’m at 49 years and was an employee for two decades, I’ve witnessed the continuing decline of customer service largely brought about by all of the outsourcing that does not result in comparable service when compared to employees regardless of the internal propaganda from leadership on that one.
Ten or fifteen years ago, USAA would have been at the top of this list. No doubt in my mind that this downward trajectory is just getting underway listening to the internal scuttlebutt on this page. 20 years ago never saw a bad word posted on complaint sites or anything. And…USAA was an A+ company at the BBB. Not anymore! Navy Federal is the one to watch, they’re eating your lunch.
OP here, sorry it is #9 and not #8
