I first read this on here a couple days ago…and I thought it was the craziest thing. But since then I keep going back to it because even though it sounded crazy it makes more sense than what they are currently proposing. I would like to see responses to what others think and changes or signs that would make you think something is up and not making since. Last year T-Mobile signed a contract with Starlink to provide satellite mobile services, AT&T didn’t. One of the posts on here from a network technician said they are installing/connecting more fiber to T-Mobile cell towers than to our own.
I would really like to see different views, and see if I’m right about the direction we are going.

T-Mobile's success can be attributed to John Legere. I once caught the man in Bellevue doing a jog while fully decked out in T-Mobile gear. Think Stankey would ever show that much dedication to his business? lol.
I was surplus'ed earlier this year. I am eligible to receive 30% retiree wireless discount, but I chose T-Mobile over AT&T wireless because T-Mobile has 5G UC in my area. Their customer service was far better and the price was lower than AT&T plan with retiree discount. I don't see how AT&T wireless can compete with T-Mobile.
Has nothing to do with a merger. TMobile is lining themselves up with StarLink for 100% worldwide cellular coverage. They wouldn't need at&t's macro network, nor would they want it...along with the $135 billion in debt $T brings. This next year should get very interesting with StarLink/TMobile possibly really changing how the cellular industry works.
Just the fact their position on the market changed so drastically vs T is impressive enough. Really shows what the right leadership can mean for a business, doesn't it?
ATT used to have satellite, we got rid of it. And T-mobile is HQ in…….. drumroll…… Washington state, not Dallas. Think twice about relocating to save what may be a short term job.
Too much debt on T side will impact any future buyers.
Won’t happen. One word…monopoly.
No way that deal gets approved going the other direction.
