How anyone is still proud of working here, I don’t know. Some of us waited for years to get an interview and hired only to find that what we thought was THE best employer to work for actually is just smoke and mirrors. I equate this to buying a car that turned out to be a lemon. I’m only sticking around to get (hopefully) one bonus before I leave.

I have a sick feeling, bank is going to get hit hard again with layoffs in a few weeks. Like a comment on this thread stated, and I agree, I’m just wanting to stick around long enough to get one more holiday bonus (if it’s given). And if Wayne wants attrition, just announce NOW that there will be no holiday bonus this year.
