Our ware house is a union and they all start at $24.50 a hour Mon-Fri 5am until your finished. Guaranteed 40 hours even if you do not work it, paid holidays, awesome benefits. On the retail side it took me 16 years to reach $24.04 a hour. I was a merchandiser, vacation coverage and a rep over those years. I no longer need to stress about anything, I just show up and pick cases for 8 hours a day and go home. No pressure, no bi--hy customers and no incompetent management.

You ain't going to Unionize you lazy a-s. You're lucky Mondelez gets government money to keep you on the payroll.

Certain states MDLZ employees are already union. Definitely would improve pay/benefits. They’d fight it tooth and nail I'm sure. If you’re unhappy move on. It can be scary but plenty of opportunities. Life’s to short to be miserable!
