Why always on Wednesday?
The last day for the people being layed off is in July. Not another layoff.
What is the source of the July date information? This could be a corrective measure for people who did not return to office. Otherwise, so soon would be too disruptive to business.
There have been 2 WARN act filings with Qualcomm this year… so it would be 3rd round this year. Some people believe a massive layoff occurred on the 17th of this month but apparently there is a huge conspiracy with the media, Qualcomm, the state of California, and the federal government to keep it hush… so who knows maybe this massive layoff that is occurring July 19th will be even a bigger conspiracy
Why no VP, Directors get laid off?

They know causing natural attrition is good for themselves.
