There is a life outside of this company. I am fully aware of that, however, until I manage to get a new job, I'm still trying to do my best and keep this job until I get a better offer…
On the other hand, I get the impression that there are very few of us left who are still trying to keep our jobs here?
It's like no one cares if they lose it or not.

alot of people left amazing companies/careers with the allure of wfh and a more laxed work environment only to get catfished and screwed over. USAA is a joke and anyone with half a brain is planning on leaving if they haven't done so already.
Former ERC - Mani and his leadership team are clueless. Lesley does his bidding - Mani can’t accept accountability for anything that goes wrong. Dude couldn’t motivate me to eat a sandwich.
I was excited and loved working for USAA’s mission but they pulled a deceptive bait and switch that goes against their so called core values. It’s a toxic relationship with crazy narcissists. You would have to be just as crazy to want to stay at this point.
Wayne needs to resign asap - there’s nothing good about him. All the other leaders responsible for over hiring need to go as well.
Same goes for Wayne and Mani who do not care to keep their jobs. No leadership skills, no motivational speeches to increase our morale at this time, and are so impersonal. Mani held a pointless, waste of time meeting today and he’s the worst. Negative Nancy and gives the impression he’s popping pills all day.
How exactly are we supposed to stay motivated with a lack of leadership? How do people like this get these jobs? I thought you had to be smart…
