3M is falling apart. Everybody can see that, in and outside of the company. The management won't listen to employees and is continuing to make one wrong move after another that are further dooming us. It's a shame, considering that at one time, this was a great company to work for.

99% of the current management is just F'ing shame A*holes now, compared to 20+ years back. This is just a 'me too' corporate with no intention of building for the community and Science All about 'what's in for me?'
I know it stinks (heard from a lot of people) but make them pay you to leave. You deserve it for what you've and 90000 have suffered through.
