The survey isn't about the company. It's about you. Are you drinking the koolaid yet or does it need to be crammed harder?

I agree. Survey the employees every 2-4 years. Not every 6 months. I would think that seeing the same results every 6 months would have told them by now that nothing has changed or is changing. I do find it funny for the question would you refer Lumen employment to your friend or family members? Yeah, 6 months ago I said no, but they think that somehow my mind changed 6 months later and I'm texting all my friends and family to get out there and apply at Lumen? Must have been one hill of a 6 months.
