Any layoffs this week before Memorial Day weekend or are they waiting till June?

I'm nervous about potential layoffs the week of June 5th. Not for myself, but I have heard of shifting of staff to other managers, which does not far well for the manager losing the staff.
I’m sure that no internal jobs over grade 25 posted is to prevent redeployment of the nurses who were just laid off.
I have to be careful of how I say this, but all Non-production open requisitions are in danger of being cancelled. That means that no one above a level 25 will be hired without an executive approving it. About 7500 jobs. It is not layoffs, but it affects everyone.
Why is he brain damaged. The policy on the Warn Act for UHC was updated on 05/16 so clearly something is up. At 30 percent the company has to report those layoff but keeping under the radar is what they do best.
