Due to the forced RTO, we’re dealing with chaos and reduced productivity. Between turnover, not backfilling roles, interim directors, we’re being stretched too thin and the quality is really is starting to suffer. The environment leadership has created, employees all seem checked out and don’t really seem to care much. Its a paycheck and nobody really cares at this point if they get fired or layed off. Yeah, I am not going “above and beyond” unless I get paid quite a bit more. Bank is inundated with work since people have either left or been let go. It is really hard to complete your own assigned tasks and answer someone else f’ing phone calls because someone does not like to pick up the line when a business is calling them.
True dat. I ain’t even trying to do anything extra, above or beyond, special, great, or amazing. I’m maybe doing the bare minimum and after that, I ain’t gonna do sh-t. I’ll be kicking back watching Netflix and talking sm--k about Wayne and failed big bank bed buddies that are destroying this place. Wayne didn’t do jack but take the first loss in 100 years and he got a 158% pay raise just from P&C and a $4.8 million bonus. So my new motto is Be Like Wayne.., except without the narcissism, low IQ, no people skills, zero morals, and no leadership skills.
